- Orders are dispatched within 5 days from the date of order placement and/or payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon during order confirmation.

2. Delivery Address
- Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate and complete.
3. Delivery Confirmation
- Once the shipment is dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email ID provided during the registration process.
- The email will include shipment details and tracking information (if available).
4. Liability for Delays
- Rabi Mobile shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier company or postal authority.
- However, we will assist in tracking and resolving any shipping-related issues to the best of our ability.
5. Shipping Costs
- Any shipping charges levied by the seller or Rabi Mobile (as applicable) will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
